prepartion checklist

Things you need to do:

  • Provider a run sheet - this must include the time and addresses, the more detail the better.

  • Provide any locations that you want to have photos taken on the day (optional)

  • Provide the contact details of your videographer (if you have one on the day)

  • Provide a list of photos for after the ceremony (i.e., Newlyweds intermediate families, Newlyweds and siblings, etc.)

  • Complete the primary contact form here, primary contacts have roles on the day i.e., rounding guests and family members for family photos

Tips:

  • For the Bride and Groom

    • Bug spray (odourless variety) - nothing worse than getting bit on the face on your special day.

    • Please ensure that your guest know that you will have a photographer on the day and that the photographer has priority over photos

    • If you are having getting ready photos done on the day please ensure that your accessories (engagement rings, necklaces, perfumes, ties, dresses) are in an available location so that detail photos can be taken.

    • Comfortable shoes are option but are worth it during the after ceremony photos.

  • For the Bride

    • Make up trial prior to your wedding day is important to ensure you know what your make up looks like as well as ensure you have no allergies or nasty reactions to the make up.

    • Touch up kit from your make up artist.

    • Drinking straws - straws useful it will prevent you having to retouch after each sip.

    • Providing a mood board for the photographer also helps with me being able to get images in a similar style that you gravitate towards (optional)
